The fourth floor of this 4-story unit is the rooftop terrace with views of the sunsets over the Beach, the Intracoastal Waterway, and the night lights of the Bay Area from your private, outdoor living rooftop terrace with Gas Grill and dining table.

The third floor contains the Master suite with a King bed and HDTV. This floor also includes a bedroom with a Trundle day bed.  The Master bath includes a large jetted tub and separate large shower and two vanities.

The second floor has the living room/dining room and kitchen.  The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans and numerous other items for your convenience.  The living room sofa has a comfortable pull out queen bed.   It also has an adjoining bedroom and bath with a tub shower.     

The first floor is the garage and storage area for all the fun stuff available for the beach and play.  The beach is a five minute walk and Pier 60 is a 7 minute walk from this beautiful townhome.
